Protein to build muscle

You have to consume at least one gram or protein per pound of body weight to help build bigger and stronger muscle. You can achieve this two ways. One of the easiest is to use a protein supplement. The best proteint that I have personally used is Optimum Nutrition 100% gold standard. The other is to eat foods that contain protein. Two of the biggest and the easiest forms are steak and chicken breast without skin.
